| My question involves insurance law for the state of: Massachusetts What happens when. A dentist tells me that they have filled claims with my insurance company. The dentist tells me repeatedly over a two year period that I have no outstanding balance. The dentist two years later sends a bill (still saying that insurance is pending) for the entire amount after it is too late for me to submit the claims that clearly were never submitted. I assume that I am still responsible for the full amount. |
