Hey I really know how you feel.
Im in Ontario and this same thing happend,(accident) but I had Auto insurance and a valid Drivers licence.
So Know after 5 years after the accident, the lady i hite and her lawyers told the judges that they couldnt find me even though my Drives licence had my current address on it and they awarded her 85,000. I knew nothing until I got pulled over by the cops. I have no idea what to do I will lose my company if I cant get this resolved in the next 2-3weeks.

HOW stupid are some lawyers and people?? I know if I wanted 85,000 and need to find a person I could anyone could who wasent lazy!!! It SHOULD BE LAW THAT no one should be able to sue unless the other party knows about it and Signs a document that he know about the situtation.
